C-Frame Hydraulic Presses: 60–150 Ton
The FHP series is a C-frame hydraulic press capable of a wide variety of sheet metal forming applications from 60 to 150 tons. The open front gives three-sided access to the die area for fast tool changes and part handling, while the rigid frame construction keeps deflection low under full load. An optional hydraulic die cushion can be added for deep drawing applications.
Forming, pressing & shallow drawing
The ram alone forms, presses and shallow-draws the part in one motion, with no separate blank-holder force. This covers straightforward pressing, forming and shallow drawing at a lower investment than the cushioned version below.
Die cushion & controlled deep drawing
The optional hydraulic die cushion adds a second circuit below the table: it powers the blank holder, which clamps the sheet and controls material flow while the ram draws the part into the die. This is what makes deeper, more complex draws possible without wrinkling or tearing. Cushion force, stroke and speed are programmed on the touchscreen alongside the ram parameters.
