100 Ton Gap Frame Stamping Press – FP 100P
The FP 100P sits at the middle of our back-geared range of gap frame stamping presses, rated at 1,000 kN (112 US tons). Its wide 0 - 5.20 in stroke range suits complex forming work, at 60 strokes per minute in continuous operation. As with every model from 80 tons up, the slide's contact surface closely matches the bolster in size, spreading force evenly across the part and allowing larger progressive dies. Its 27.56 x 39.37 in bolster and motorized slide adjustment support fast, safe die changes, while the hydraulic overload protector guards the press and tooling against overload damage. Like every Fresan press, it's backed by over 40 years of press manufacturing experience and built for years of continuous production use.
