80 Ton Gap Frame Stamping Press – FP 80P
The FP 80P is the second model in our back-geared range of gap frame stamping presses, rated at 800 kN (90 US tons). This is where the slide design steps up to 8-point gib guiding and motorized slide adjustment, and where a hydraulic overload protector becomes standard for press and die protection. The slide's contact surface is sized to closely match the bolster, so force is distributed evenly across the die, letting it accommodate larger progressive dies. With a 0 - 4.41 in stroke range and a 23.62 x 35.43 in bolster, it's built for demanding forming work. Like every Fresan press, it's backed by over 40 years of press manufacturing experience and built for years of continuous production use.
